HAHA you are all crazy!!
Me I had tons of Integra!!!

My stock low compression honda motor b18b 9:4 2001 not jdm was 190psi +/-2 with 60k miles and a jdm b18b with 30kmiles was 205 psi +/- 5 stock with ratio 9:2
At 320k miles still stock still haver never go play inside turn out to be 160 psi +/-5 cuz the head and valve are stronger then vtec(6.6mm valve steam)

One day I took for a peanut a high compression honda motor 2001 Gsr b18c1 beated has hell with a turbo !!!(all vtec/h22/rsx/type r/Sir have small valve steam 5.4mm)
Compression will die withing 70k miles cuz of there small valve problem and too aggressif vtec cam curve!!!
Compression was 0-190-220-210 in cylinder the car was still running with a loud vtec sound but no power and low idle problem 200-300 rpm....the beated b18c1 was supposed to be near 250-260 all cylinder (jdm have 10 more psi on every motor compare to usdm motor)

I only changed 3 valves for cheap stock valve and did some valve laping put a new head gasket with new pistons rings and bearing kit!!

Compression climbed back 220-230-235-230psi for my GSr Vtec 2001 b18c1 usdm!!!! Didnt bring to a machine shop but could had gain lots psi milled and ported!!!With forged piston too I would had gain hp and compression!!!

Its not normal for high compression honda motor to be under 200 psi if your block is not fully build and you changed the ratio near 9:1 to drop compression for bigger turbo boost and forged component!!!

If you have a GSR/TypeR and you are under 200 psi in a cylinder you have big motor problem!!!

5.4 mm of valve steam haha you lucky skunk/ferrera/brian crower are there solid for you!!!

And you can also gain compression by changing every valves for others different shape and oversize racing valves!!!gain compression and small hp with valve ajustement is possible but not like you think using a feeler gage dude HAHAHA!!!

Ajusting with feeler gage will make u gain back small hp lose by the time cuz u tigth back the loose play created... lose play only retard the valves a bit.... the cold compression test will not change at all at if valve are good tigth in spec or not(loose by the time)... when valves are closed(tdc) only the spring press them to the seat ...so if they are to loose out of spec it change nothing the the spring pressing them to the seat anyway and the compression test result will stay the same... haha people are funny here hahaha 150 psi for a GSR HAHAHAHAHAHAHA big big problem!!!
