Hard to tell. Have you done a compression test?

 

Can't say I've ever heard a car running no exhaust right off the turbo lol. Are you talking about that bubbling sound? Why are you running it with the downpipe off anyways? I'm tempted to say that's a normal sound, it doesnt sound like misfiring or pinging if thats what you're wondering.

Does the car have issues or do you just think it sounds funny?

 

before turbo install i guess i should start checking everything i just was hoping someone has heard this before

 

car has smoking issues couldnt tell this morning what color, but i took it off because i was checking for oil from a blown turbo oil seal. when i let off the gas it makes a loud raspy sound that doesnt sound right
