what mounts is everyone running in your boosted car?
and some direct only opinions might be appreciated.
only direct, first hand experience.
none of this "my buddy has some mounts from that company that starts with a "h" and he thinks they are ****
im curious to know things like if the mounts have held up to over a year of hard driving/racing
does the motor move around more than it did when you first got them in?
things like that.

I am running the front and rear energy inserts and my two side mounts I filled with the Window Weld stuff. This bitch is stiff as hell. I don't see it moving anywhere. All in all it cost me around $40 to do all 4. I don't see the point in spending $500 on mounts unless you need custom ones for swaps etc. HTH

I am using the energy suspension inserts....they work great but they make everything in the car vibrate. Plus they are only 40 bucks!!! The pepboys by my house actually keeps them in stock. They work great for the money!!!

place racing h22 mounts.... junk
the Passsenger one is broken since the day i got it, the urethane seperated.
So many vibrations and makes the clutch engagement twice as bad with my 6 puck

Re: (redturbocivic)
Hasport rear mount and the rest are stock. Motor barely moves, front suspension feels more solid over bumps, steering wheel shook quite a bit then got better after a month or so.

stock mounts with prothane urethane inserts on driver and passenger sides. been too lazy to mount the rear insert. it does vibrate more, but worth it to know i'm not ripping another $90 fluid filled driverside mount.

ES inserts @ all 5 points ~$30 from ebay
Vibrated a lot at first, but I think everything worked it's way loose now No more rattles

i did all 4 in windo weld then went to es inserts front/rear and stock sides and theres a lot more vibration than with the windo weld. if i get the chance i will go back to windo weld, except not fill them entirely solid, but leave some gap following the stock design.

Re: (Bob-DC2)
for my integra i went w/ the hasport kit , only cuz they look nice , but im sure that inserts would keep the motor just as stiff . for my Ek hb i chose the place racing driverside solid mount and the ES inserts .
eitherway...solid mounts or inserts will still work the same

the only time i notice it is when i turn on the a/c. i need to rev to 1000+ to make it stop vibrating violently.
