About a year ago, there was a tech magazine article where a guy bolted on a mitsubishi turbo on an early model civic. Have any of you read this article, and if so, could you please tell me what mag and the month?

i think i have it. the budget ef turbo setup right? ill try to fnid it but i have no idea where most of my mags are.
