22 PSI stock internals and stock ECU? I want a car just like his!
I have yet to meet a better gasket than stock!

its always possible. I know the sleeves on teh block can handle right around 22psi but i am not sure about how he must be tuning is fuel curve.

If you are at all inclined to another opinion that works mint, consider copper headgasket and have block and head O-ringed, this also acts as a means of stabilizing your sleeves without, pinning block guard, t type inserts, new iron sleeves etc..
This set up will withstand 1000hp before the gasket goes, but your head will probably blow up well before then.
cheers,

My Concern is really the stock rod. How are they managing the boost and Map sensor issues with the stock ECU? check valves?
I think not, remember the stock map is good only for 12psi.

Yeah also very skeptical of that. I know ralphy at DRT with his DFI tuning is capable of 450hp with stock sleeves and just stock GSR pretty much but ofcourse its running a dfi

My understanding was the stock rods can only handle about 13lbs boost. maybe with the stock ecu and some bigger injectors you would have the correct air fuel ratio.
I still don't think the rods and pistons can safely handle the boost level. I hear stories of pistons meltin or exploding all the damn time.

I know Ralphie, I go out there sometimes, he changes rods and pistons but retains stock sleeves for that HP. He is really one of the best on a DFI....After Job Spetter and his son for Turbo People.

Yeah i agree to that.. he is bad *** when it comes to the DFI tuning.. inside and out he takes it to the edge and its runs perfect

in line pro headgaskets are great. i run one so i have personal experience. stock sleeves are good to 450hsp if tuned properly. honda motors, from the factory, are incredibly strong. they are "detuned" so that the customer gets the maximum longevity out of it. thats why they genuinly last longer then american motors....hahahaha.
call them at 703-644-1788 if you want to here more.
if you don't belive me check my sig.....

We are not doubting the times U posted, what we are questioning is the stock ECU, Stock internals up to 22 PSI I am a little worried about that

i understand your concerns. call the phone # and talk to them about it. they will be able to answer every question you have. their system works. thats all i can say.

At first I had a hard time believing this. But after seening st000pid in houston do it then I knew our blocks were strong. But st00pid is running dfi on stock block.
I have always felt the the ecu was the wink link, not so much the cylinder walls, rods, and pistons. I think tunning is the key. As for Inlinepro using stock ecu, well I guess they are going to prove me wrong again. I could never believe on stock ecu it was possible, but I guess anything is possible now days.

Re: what kind of headgasket should i get?? (Arturbo)
As for a fuel system with a stock ECU, it could be possible.. can't they use an extra injector controller with 4 extra injectors, one on each intake runner? That is just an addition to the stock ECU.. actually takes over the injector duties at a certain level of boost.
