I had an xs skyline core ic on my 92 int. It is 24x11x3 and fit quite nicely behind the bumper. You have to cut the bumper support a little, but no big deal. It totally filled the opening from the front. Sorry, no pics.

I had a fluidyne radiator and dual fal fans mounted on the front of the radiator pushing. I had a speed pro and water temp usually remained around 200 deg. This was in the heat of summer and i never had any overheating problems.

A better question back to you is what kind of hp are you looking for. You can tailor any almost any size to fit but you should size it on your desired hp.

If thats all your looking for a 18x6x3 core sized intercooler should be sufice. If not, a 20x8x3 would be plenty.

I've got the spearco intercooller that comes with the drag kit on my da and it fits pefectly with a lot of cutting.
you can make anything fit with enough cutting
there is a guy here with a 92 gsr who has the greddy 24 row intercooler on (big)
