How worried should I be / should I worry about the intercooler blocking the radiator? I've seen setups where the whole intercooler takes up the bumper opening and I have seen somewhere the IC hangs lower leaving a gap for the radiator. Any comments or general input?

 

seems like you dont have much info on the whole turbo idea......thats the last problem i would be thinking about.....no issues with the intercooler in front
