i think about 2 years ago there was a tech article in SCC about a hydra charger.....it basically used some kind of hydralic pressure to spin the turbine before ther turbo could build up boost, it was their way of eliminating turbo lag...i think it was garrett that was working on this but im not too sure what happened to it....i havent heard anything about this in a long time....im not too sure if this is wat he was referring too but watever

 

Its when you are a riceboy and think that a filter with a spinny thing on the end is gonna give you boost...haha j/k i dont know what the hell that is
