What are the holes for?????
I got an IHI 51T-21 Turbo and when I was looking at it, there are a lot more holes in the area between hot and cold sides than the feed and return. I know where the feed and return lines will go but what are the extra 4 holes (they are threaded) for?

Found out that its a water/oil cooled turbo.
Will it matter if I plug the holes and simply run oil???
If it does, how would I run the lines for the water?
