what headstuds gaskets and rings to use?
im gunna take the head off my car to replace the head gasket before i turbo, and i was thinking of doing the rings too, to keep the compression up. What should i use.. and is there anything else i should replace? What hp are the pistons good for, and what about ringlands.
What are good parts to use as well..?

is it worth it.. i mean i might eventually take the turbo kit off or i might go NA, i just figured i should do it all at once.

you are basically wanting to do a rebuild...bearings, rings, gaskets. oil, water pump ect. id stick under 300hp if your using stock internals.. how many miles does the motor have?

Lol. Every motor is sleeved from the factory. It's what creates the main part of the combustion chamber.
The afct that they are iron sleeves actually makes building the engine more difficult. You can't just slap pistons in there because they will get fucked up fast. You have to re-sleeve the motor to put forged goodies inside.

hmm.. all ive heard is that these engines love boost, once you change out the ringlands. I suppose i will have to ask in the accord fourm as well.. but how about some quality companies for this stuff?

Personally I'd just turbo your motor in its stock form until it blows up, then replace. F22 longblocks are cheaper than rebuilding one.

meh, this car hasn't given me any problems at all, i've had it since 40k, so i'd like to take care of it while its boosted as well. I mean as it sits right now, it runs top notch, minus some vavle tick.

No. OEM rings can take much more power than you could ever possibly make. The pistons will fail.

well, i guess it doesn't matter since i want to make around 200-250 whp, i was just concerned about blowing up. But it doesn't look like i will.. and if i do it won't be for a long time. I guess i'll just do the headgasket and studs.

ahh i might shoot for that eventually, im just turbo'ing my auto lol. If it starts to f up i'll swap it out, but i have faith with a tranny cooler i should be set.. plus no loss of boost while shifting

For the power you want to make...there is no point in just changing the headgasket and studs. You'll probably blow that tranny before your engine blows up.
