what head to use or stock?
Ok here we go. I'm not sure where to go with the head. It's a gsr block, sleeved to 84.5mm, arias pistons, eagle rods. The head is a stock gsr. The car as is should dyno around 450 to the wheels. As far as the head is concerned, should i do a complete valvetrain( i heard to just stick with the stock cams)or should i just buy a type r head and throw it on. Some people say it's a waste to build the head while others don't agree. This is a dialy driver as of now till i get a junker to get me to and from work. Your help is appreciated.
you claiming 450whp and u don't know what to do to the head
how much boost u trying to run to get 450whp and what turbo do have an intake manifold a stock head can make 450whp with the right setup but a P&P and big exhaust valves make it that much easyer
i like the pr3 head better then the p72 head my self

Yes, i'm claiming around 450 to the wheels. The turbo is a Straight T4 60-1, stock intake manifold right now, will switch most likely to inlinepro manifold. Boost will be somewhere in the 20psi range. I'm not 100% sure, inlinepro is doing most of the work. I just want to know if i should spend the extra money and build the head, or switch to a type r head which is already better flowing.
