What whould happen "IF" you were boosting and your in-line fuel pump or intank fuel pump failed ? Would the engine go BOOM ? And would having a J&S prevent your engine from going BOOOM, if that was the case ? Also, when you reach full boost and hit the redline where the fuel cut-off is, do you get any detonation ? Has anyone experienced this stuff before ?

 

if your fuel pump cut out or turned off you would be so lean that your car would fall on its face and you'd notice it right away.

yes if you reach the limits of the fuel pump, you will lean out and detonate and burn pistons and whatnot. its happened to enough people, dont be a statistic.
