What guages do you daily driven built motor guys use?
just curious what gauges do you daily driven built motor turbo guys have?
i have a stock block right now, but i've got boost, egt, and wideband a/f.
in the process of a build, thinking i should get oil pressure and an after market water temp gauge.
let me know. thanks

Re: (boosted92)
yeah, i have a rectantular plx m300 wideband under where the radio is, its velcroed on. and i have a dual a-pillar gauge bezel. i think i might get two more gauges and find some way to mount them in the vents (the two to the right of the gauge cluster in an eg) but i dont know about how i can run the hoses and wires to them. i'm sure mounting the gauges themselves wont be too big of a deal.

Re: (Sick00SiCoupe)
Kinda off topic, but do you guys think an EGT gauge is really necessary these days when widebands and datalogging are becoming so affordable?

Amber Defi BF boost, oil press, oil temp, and EGT.
I also use the AEM wideband with gauge.
I have an orgasm every time I start the car.
My EMS also gives me water and oil temp readings and I have an electronic autometer oil press gauge in the glove box for my turbo oil press

Definitely get the oil press. The stock water temp gauge is not to bad. It gets the job done.
