like it says what is a good, safe egt temperature for a turbo setup?

yeah, i searched and i looked in the faq's but i dont really find anything that gives a number range, just how to hook them up and stuff. nothing says what a good range of egt is.

if you're cruisin without boosting the temp stays at 300 to 400 always until you boost at half or full throttle. Then it can go up to a 1000 degrees.

This question will get you absolutely nowhere.

EGT temps are dependent upon many different variables such as placement, BSFC, and air/fuel. An egt is only valuable when used in conjunction with a wide-band O2 on a specific engine where variables are kept consistent.

You are comparing apples to oranges when you ask what other peoples temps run at.
