he won't have high fuel pressure if he's using hondata.
I've heard of people having problems with the aem and fmu's (high fuel pressure) but i've yet to have a problem with mine...
Apparently the problem was due to using an output oraface that ws to small (you need to use the larest one thats suplied) [

ok sounds like its the aeromotive 13101 and the aem rail.... on the AEM rail it says -8AN and on the reg it says -10AN they do make an adapter right...

yes they do.. you need std thered to an tis pretty simple to get you can run -8 feed to the rail from the fuel filter and -6 for your return to the fpr to the fuel return to the tank

Dunno how high the pressure we're talking about here is, but I'm running an AEM rail and regulator at 53psi idle on 450cc's at 9lbs and it's doing just fine.....
With 550's and a hondata on 10lbs you might need like 45ish psi of fuel pressure at idle to keep the duty cycle down.....SX or Aeromotive is overkill IMO, and all the lines and fittings you'll need to make it work are $$$$$$

You'll never be running a setup that will require more than the AEM rail and regulator, FYI......so either way would technically be "doing it right".....

why can't you just use the stock fpr and fuel rail? as soon as I get some better management, I'm ditching the adjustable reg.

I have to voteagainst that , mine has worked great for 2.5 yrs now and by accident have had it to baout 80+ psi for a couple weeks and everything held up , the thing you gotta understand with thme is how the seperate ports work . not ports, but the 3 things they give with to adjust the pressure for bigger pumps and higher pressuer. . damnit i cant think of the name .
