I was reading on turbo installs and stuff, and I was getting confused on what the mean by tuning your car when you have. Can any one explain to me why this is needed to be done and what does it do? Is it needed on turboed cars and stuff? Please tell me all the details on "tuning". Thanks you guys in advance.

To break it down, while NA your car's ECU runs the motor based on preset fuel maps. When you add FI you have to compensate for the additional air by altering the fuel/ign. timing/cam timing through a process termed "tuning."

Basically you're making sure that you don't lean out and crack the ring lands on #3.
