hey guys... just wondering what everyone is using to clean their intercooler... or if anyone is even cleaning it...

clean it or polish it?
I use mothers to get the worst off. Then use the red tube of wynol followed by the blue tube.

Yea, use anything like Engine Degreaser, or mention above, brake cleaner. Something to eat grease aaway then your fine. Mothers Polishing to keep it looking new. around the endtanks etc.

Yeah mine gets covered in bugs and its such a PITA to clean just because you cant scrub the fins. It takes forever with a toothbrush.

just finish cleaning up my intercooler and man what a workout... but it feel a little better on the drive around the block...

i would, but i don't have a d-series, i'm not turbocharged (yet ), and i'm definitely not a ninja, so i really have no reason to register for their forum.
