what do u guys do with your air intake temp. sensor?

Default what do u guys do with your air intake temp. sensor?

its the little sensor you stick inside your intake. what do you guys do with this sensor on a turbo car? do you drill a hole in your charge pipe or do u guys just leave it out. wont i get a cel if i leave it out?

Tie it off onto something. As long as it's plugged into the harness you'll be fine. If you drill into the charge pipe you could end up shooting it out all the time. Some people do run it in the charge pipe but i'm sure it would have to be pretty secure to stay put.

well, i used my AEM CAI as my upper charge pipe ( don't have any clue why people don't use one as an uppercharge pipe, tons cheaper than paying for an overpriced drag piece) so i just left it. Otherwise, tie it off unless you can drill a hole and use a rubber grommet to hold it in place.
