I don't know if this is the right place to post this, because I'm new to the forum. Please be patient with me.

First, I want opinions (do I sound demanding or what? heh ).
This is all in a 1993 Accord LX (auto, but I'm swapping to a 5 speed)
My F22A1 has 233,000 miles on it. Am I thinking realistically when I want to turbo a motor this old? It burns about 1 quart of oil every 2000 or so miles, is this excessive? What am I looking at in terms of the amount of boost I can run on this stock motor? My power goal is 300whp. Is this goal realistic? If this goal isn't realistic, what IS a realistic goal on a motor of this age? EXACTLY what would I need to meet this goal, in terms of parts? I want full blown details, e.g. What parts are required to turbo a motor (like the turbo (duh), BOV, Standalone ECU, etc), what is their function, and what, in your opinion, would be the specific item I should buy? (Brand, item #, etc, i.e. Walbro 255lph). I know I could just search and piece together the information, but I would like to consolidate all of the information in ONE post, and with specific thoughts regarding my engine.
