What do I have to do to make my LS a 2.0?
I'm currently running a B18 w/ direct port nitrous. It's already built with JE pistons, Eagle rods, Crower valvetrain...etc etc. I want to rebuild it 2.0 and sleeve it.
1st question is...is it worth it?
2nd..what exactly do I have to replace to make it a 2.0?
(rods,bigger pistons,crank?)

sounds good to me, but why again. Just get a crv block and build it.....then you have your 2.0 then maybe a little more.

Huh? That would be a waste of $$$... I wanted to go 2.0L, read up on it, and am going to go with an 81mm bore most likely. It will be a daily driven street car with lots of abuse so I would like to make it as reliable as possible.

The only way to go 2.0 with an 81mm bore is to 'stroke it baby.'
Buy a prelude b21a or b20a crank. That should get you close to 2.0. There are more expensive aftermarket crank options also. You should really deckplate your motor to retain a decent rod/stroke ratio if you're going to be doing this tho. You probably wont want to rev it as high as with a smaller stroke.
Not that any of this is cost effective or even a good idea, but that is 'how.'
Edit: This is how to do it correctly:

I'm not sure if I do or not...that's why I'm trying to get some insight from everyone here. After reading that thread, I'm not sure I want to do it anymore
