it is true what it says....there are lots of things goin on in the crankcase

Domestic guys have used them for a loooong time and they have made a difference in the performance of the engines so I know they work, brother in law has one in his 454 powered 57 chevy....It just frees up reciprocating weight which will allow the engine to rev a little quicker and have a lil extra snap since the rods and crank wont be bogged down with all the oil around them, and still allows enough oil to keep everything lubricated, kinda basic of what they do to my knowledge...Ive heard its a noticeable difference on a v8 but I dont know how noticeable it will be on a honda motor.....I might consider getting one this summer to try out and its easy to install

I don't see any for honda's. Am I missing something? Also, if you were running low on oil would it cause your motor to be more starved of oil than if you didnt have it??

They don't have any for the gsr because it said it would work for other b18s if they shared the same stroke as the b18b. But the gsr is 2mm shorter of a stroke.

I may be wrong, but wouldn't the oil shedding coating like what Polydyn or HPC applies to cranks accomplish the same thing? If so, I would think the coating would be a much better alternative.
Here is the coating I am referring to on the polydyn sitescroll to the bottom:
