k to make a long story short, B18C1, lost oil press and from what i was told a rod atleast a rob bearing is fucked and prob the whole botton end. i have CP pistons, 9:1 CR, eagle Hbeam rods. off the top of your head what do you think is still reusable and whats totally fucked?? is the block still good (getting it sleeved if it is)

 

if it is just a rod bearing, then you should be able to resize it. depending on how bad it is spun is wether or not the crank is any good or not. from the deck up should be ok. unless you drove it really far with no oil pressure.
