What is this called?
What is the little black plastic tip on to bottom of the injector that the needle come through called (450ccdsm). One of mine has a hairline crack. Will this cause the injector to leak fuel into my cylinder after the car is off until the fuel pressure drops all the way? Is it replacable? Also are the dsm inj supposed to have a little strainer type filter in the top like the stock injectors?

i may be mistaken, but i believe it is called a "pintle cap" . I know if you send injectors to like rc enginnering or whatever to get cleaned they usually replace the caps.

Yep, Pintle Cap.
Send them in for cleaning and they will replace broken ones as part of the service.
this place: http://www.cruzinperformance.com does the cleaning cheap.

you don't need to fix it, they don't do anything but protect the injectors when they are out of the car... If you put them in the rail carefully, you don't even need the caps.
