In the picture, im wondering what is the 2 bolt flange between the place where the 4 bolt flange to the manifold and the turbo???

 

with a square hole? its for the oil.

 

Oil return drain. You bolt a oil drain flange to it.

 

also, if you're running that turbo on your teg, most manifolds will have the turbo sitting below the manifold rather than on top (i.e. 2jz's, sr20's, k-series). in that case you would want to re-clock that turbo where the oil return drain is facing the opposite of the turbine flange or at least parallel to the ground.

oil goes in the big shiny 3" hole on the side and comes out there.
