Turbo inlet flange. Do you guys run one?
My oil lines are from flamenco-t and I have a oil return flange, but where is the oil inlet flange. Can I somehow directly fit the oil line to the turbo? Right now the oil line is too small for the hole. I searched far and wide and found plently of oil return flanges but no feed ones. I finally found this one.
I'll throw another question while I'm here. I have a 4 bolt DP flange and I am running 3" DP......how can I get the 3" welded to the DP flange? It is sooo close that the bolts wouldn't fit. Any help is greatly appreciated...Thanks guys

It sounds like the oil feed on your center housing is not threaded with 1/4"NPT threads, but instead has the two bolt holes to use the feed flange. You will have to get the flange and a gasket to use the 3AN line Stan puts in his kit. I just saw a CNC flange like you need that came in either 3AN or 4AN feeds....I just can't remember for the life of me where.......
For the DP flange you will need a transition from 2.5" to 3" to provide clearance for the bolts or nuts you use to attach the flange to the turbine housing. IM'ed you with some pictures.

Your turbo should already have a threaded port in there, but if you don't, give me a call and I can get the feed flange as well.

Yea, some garrett CHRA come with a 1/4th inch tap and others come with 1/8th, but not tapped. I always use a flange with my turbos regardless of size.

yea, you don't wanna use an adapter, I used an adapter for mine, it was a BIG HUGE mess. It didn't seal at all, and regardless of what anyone says, I don't use sealant for my oil lines, never will.
