Default Wet system on b16

Ive got a b16 with a b17 head on it. All performance mods are airflow related. I want to hook it up with a wet system. How much of a shot do you guys think the engine can handle safely on stock internals (10.4 compression). What rpm's should be safe to spray at? And lastly what minor things could I do to get a bigger shot in there. I don't wanna mess with my internals at this point... don't have the cash for it. Also recommendations on companies to buy kits from would be appreciated... im just kinda gathering info and comparing what people tell me. Thanks guys ;D

Don't know if this helps or not, but the guy building my turbo setup (Polk Performance) ran a 130 shot on his brother's GSR reliably with all stock internals.. He was running a NOS single fogger system. Made many many passes like that, too... Just like anything else, it's all in the tuning.
