Default nitrous induction.....

ok, i know that this is kinda a noob question and i'll probably get flamed for it, but i dont know much about it at all. what are all the ways of spraying nitrous? i've heard things like wet systems, dry fogger systems, direct port...and so on. what are the differences and what yields the most power? thanks

we all started out as noobs, and since you didn't call it nawss i'm gonna throw you a bone...
dry and wet sytems use a single fogger placed on the airbox/intake tube to spray nitrous and fuel (wet system) or just nitrous (dry system). these systems are kind of limited because they rely on the intake manifold's design to distribute nitrous evenly between cylinders, which some manis do better than others. you're kind of limited to a 50-60 shot with these types of systems, but they are a breeze to install.
direct port systems have a fogger at each intake manifold runner that sprays both nitrous and fuel into the air stream. these systems have an advantage in that they distribute the mixture evenly between cylinders. the only limit to what you can run with a direct port system is what your bottom end can support. these systems are much more difficult to install then a dry/wet system, though they are really not that difficult to install. you have to tap and thread holes for each fogger in each mani runner, and plumb the fuel and nitrous lines as well.
