Default Well my mom let me go buck wild on her credit card....

she says I could spend 2500 but I have to pay it back anyways. Please tell me what I need after this.

Inline pro manifold 599
Precison SC61 775
Tial wastegate or Turbosmart wastegate 300
Elbow for wastegate 15
apexi or pwr ...at the most 600
Piping ?
BOV turbo xsrfl or hks ssqv 150-200

This is my first turbo car im going to build Ive read and read on this board for a while. I have no hands on experience but I have listened to you guys for a while. So can you guys please help my out and tell me exactly what else do I need to complete my kit. Besides a Fuel Managment. Im thinking either E-Mangae, AEM EMS or Hondata. I just need to put my kit together then Ill think of the FMS.

Is there any particular reason you are getting such a large turbo and expensive manifold? Do you plan on building this thing up to the max or what? what are your plans for the car? People will be able to help much more if you tell them what your plans are. I learned that after being told many times and dont forget the Search option too. Sorry i couldnt really help just trying to see where you are going???

Oh and tell your mom i will accept $15 if she is loaning money out...hell every bit counts

Good Luck man

some one's a *****

What kind of motor do you have first of all? maybe you said it somewhere earlier in the post and i just didn't see it.

Even though you don't want to be someone who says "i should have gotten that," its good to have a goal and have your setup adjusted accordingly. Right now i would say you're shooting for 400whp and with a budget of 2500, i don't think that will happen... what are you hp or time goals with this car?

What car/engine is this going on...I happen to think that plays a pretty big factor in parts selection...

My feeling, SC63 is too big for a first timer...you can always go up if what you get is too small.

Good luck...I always like going back and reading this thread too.

forget the turbo and spend the $2500 on a bodykit.....that way you don't have to worry about the performance and horsepower gains, or putting together the right set up..

I saw this earlier and wasn't gonna pe on anyone's parade but the SC63 goes for a couple hundred more than taht, $775 is for all the SC turbos basically up to the SC61. at one point the SC63 was said to be $1150 but I belive can be had for $950-$975, Art will chime in I am sure. Good luck!
