Default weird idle issue no CEL

I am leaning towards a bad ICM (ignition control module) inside dizzy.... having rough idle and sputtering problems.. running a little lean, no vacuum leaks.

thinking maybe its tune? had cracked block and replaced with machined new block and piston rings/bearings etc... full rebuild..

doesnt idle weird all the time, can play with throttle to get it to calm down and idle normal when hot...

had issues with car losing major power and leaning out under normal driving conditions not in boost, just like when a dizzy dies, but never completely cut off, it just kinda sputtered at low RPM while driving and I had to give it hella gas to get rpms up... any inpuut would be appreciated ty...

from my friends youtube vid he uploaded for me, it idles fine untill it gets a little warm, then the idle bounces... i checked IACV and the screen is clear... timing should be dead nutz on, all of a sudden out of nowhere it started to happen like something just failed....

Default Re: weird idle issue no CEL

UPDATE*

unplugged IACV , tends to have a normal idle at 900RPM with CEL... and its warm... so does this mean its the IACV? maybe internals are bad?

reved it and the car wont rev past 2k really with IACV disconnected
