im goin to be gettin a garrett t3/t04E and just wonderin what size wastegate i need for it to run firmly on 7-8 psi without spiking...

talk to your tuner about the boost issue.. there is no set amount of boost you can run.. it has more to do with output and fuel quality

almost any gate would be fine.. 38mm for example. 44 would leave you tons of headroom..

 

youll be fine with a 38mm. i had on on my drag kit with 17 psi never any spike issues.
