Default wastegate question??

my car is overboosting bad, the adjustment screw is as far out as possible, and its still hittin 15lbs at 7k in 3rd gear, im on stock block ,and if it keeps up ,.......goodbye motor....., my question is, can i take the screw all the way out or would that mess anything up, oh yeah its a deltagate that is supposed to have a 7 lb spring in it

Do you have your vaccume line hooked up,and is it from a good source?

A little bit of creep is normal with a deltagate, but it shouldn't go that far. You can take the bolt out with no problems. Doublecheck your vacuum lines first, otherwise you could have a bad wastegate.

the lines are fine, guess i got a shitty waste gate, i got the kit from importparts, what could i do about
