Ummm...I think if you are either going over the boost you are set for or under it then the wastegate is not working....

i am having a problem with my tial wastegate. i've had this wastegate for about a couple weeks and ever since i installed it, the wastegate opens very soon at 2.7psi! with my delta it was normal with 6.5 psi. i installed the ring that came with tial with no gasket since most of you guys aren't running one. what is the problem here? wrong spring on the tial wastegate??

oh and before i used to get only .1 bars before i moved the vac line to the throttle body!

please help! thanks.

do you have any boost controller ? if you don;t the wastegate will open prematurely and fully open at the preset spring rate...

EBC will hold all the pressure until the desire pressure is hit, then it opens..
