wastegate order question

when a tial wastegate is ordered from cheapturbo.com does it come with a spring or is it an extra cost?

All Tial wastegates come with the spring.

whats the max psi for the .5 bar(7.25 psi)? the least i can run is 7.25 psi and then whats like the most psi i can run before i gotta get a bigger one?

ill try to be more clearer, on a .5 bar(7.25 psi) i have to run at least 7.25 psi. i was wondering whats the most psi i am able to run before i have to get a bigger spring for more boost?
