Default Wastegate leaking? HELP

Is it normal for a tial style wastegate to have a slight leak at all RPMS and not in BOOST? right now im full boost at 6k with a T3T4 on a B16 NEED UR HELP thanks guys~!

are you running the gasket that came with it?

if so take it off and run the wastegate without one

It leaks when removed from the car as well

when you say it leaks
where is it leaking

I bet it might have something to do with the Valve seat like what is found here.
