i would check the drain line you have setup, i had a tight bend in mine that caused it to kink & back up and it would leak oil right out the exhaust housing, fixed the line and it cleared up, and the turbo was fine.

Re: (blackccoupe)
i personally have never seen any return smaller than 5/8, is it facing straight down meaning the return port is on the bottom and facing straight down? I once had my return port like 30 degrees from vertical and used an elbow to make it straight and it didnt work that ****** has to be perfect.

Re: (blackccoupe)
perhaps your combo of small return line and angle is bad enough... loosen both sets of bolts on the center cartridge and it will spin so you can situate it up and down

you cant find a restrictor for a 14b because it is not necessary... you are doing the exact same thing I did to the T... When you are done beating around the bush, configure everything correctly and everything will be great!

Re: (blackccoupe)
its not the angle of the return line, its the placement of the return drain on the turbo itself. that ****** has to be damn near straight down, if it isnt you have your problem.
