Default Wastegate actuator

I have a Weird *** turbo off of a dodge lancer on my F22 with an internal wastegate and the wastegate actuator is really close to the hood.. I just know its going to hit when i jump on it. Its a little over 2 1/2 inches OD. . Do any of you guys know can I get a smaller one that will do the same job?

2.5" is actually a small unit. Most OEM bulbs are 3" or larger.

The solution would be to lengthen the rod and put the actuator further in front of the turbo if space allows. Look at pics of the older SRT-4 stock actuator arms, that's basicly the shape you'll be attempting.
