I just put the turbo on my car and I have one question about the wastegate vacum lines. When the car is running should there be vacum on the top port of the wastgate or does that mean the diaphram is bad!?!? Also what vacum port do I hook up the one on the top of the wastegate or the on on the side or both!?!? Thanks for your help guys!!!!

hook the side port of wastegate to a vacum line on the intake manifold. Leave the top port on the wastegate open. Only time you hook up vacum to the top port, is if you are running an electronic boost controller.
