your manifold flange is warped or is the exhaust ports on the head warped? id recommend taking it to a machine shop to have decked. Hook your boost gauge up to any vacuum source coming from the intake manifold. Just splice 1 line, insert a plastic T and your done after you hook up the 12v power and a ground.

oh ok i misunderstood what you were saying, can you post pics up? sounds like you need a new 1/4" flange or have yours decked by a machine shop. What material is this metal made of?

dont put any type of material to compensate for the warpage, it could get sucked into your turbo and mess up your turbo bearings as well as your exhaust fins. You said it warped, so my guess is the grade steel/metal whatever it is is not capable of withstanding the exhaust temperatures it is being exposed to. Is it necessary to run this flange? Where did you get it from? Id say take it to a machine shop and have it leveled out, it wont be expensive.
