How long do you guys warm up your car and let it cool down for?

 

warm up.. i wait till the water temp starts to move .. atleast pass the first line...i only say this cuz i have after market thermostate and switch... so it takkes a bit lionger to warm up...and for cool down .. i just wait till my fan turns on and off .. usually happends rite when i park the car. fan turns on for like 30 seconds , thats when im driving normal...if ive boosten for a period of long time for some odd reason.. what i do is .. i cruise a good 5 minutes to my destination...and then let it sit like what i said above

 

I warm it up by driving it easily (under 20% throttle, under 3000rpm) until it reaches operating temperature, and then cool it down based on how hard I was driving it (1 mineut for easy driving, 2 for hard, and whatever in between)
