Default To VTEC or not to VTEC

I'm looking at a 350-400 hp turbo setup. I want to know if I would be better off sending my h23 for a complete valvetrain job or should I do a stock h22 VTEC head swap? I've been searching and it seems from a pricing standpoint that the two are similar. But I'm confused as to whether the h23 valve job would yeild better results or should I just go with a stock h22 head swap?

To my knowledge you will definately make more power wwith the vtec head, although having a head with all the goodies is a plus aswell. It's a tough decision to make all depends if you want more power(which i think you do) or a reliable setup(which i think you do as well)

My vote goes for the h23 head with the goods, it's something that will be new and fresh and you will still make crazy power.
