i have a built y7 turbo and have been giving thought to a vtec head swap(getting a sohc vtec for free). can i run the vtec solenoid off the e-manage and not have to swap wiring harness and ecu like a vafc can? i know the e-manage can operate vtec crossover, but can it act as a stand-alone vtec controller or do i have to wire the vtec through the ecu like a normal vtec swap? ive heard conflicting opinions from around here and i am confused as hell
