I have a vortech supercharger on my civic si, and I have problems with the main shaft that goes into the supercharger/gearbox. the splines are gone, and I dont know how to fix it. I have tried to make new splines, but it broke after two days. Anyone with the same problem? Is it posible to ask for new parts at vortech? and i wonder how much it will cost me, or if its possible that it is a weakness on those models?
many people i have talked to, says that the shaft with the splines is too thin?

I hope there is somebody who can answer me.

No i haven't called them yet, as it is a bit difficult to explain in a forreign language..
But I have pictures though.. maybe i should call them and say that they "have mail"..

I was just curious if anyone else had this problem..

I have the same problem with mine, take a to a machine shop and they should be able to help you out.
