vortec supercharger on a 99 si?

i have a 99 si and i want to either put a vortec supercharger on it or turbo it. i have read alot about both and cant figure out which is the best for overall performance. i want to drag, but the car is also a daily driver. if anyone knows anthing please help out. thanks
