Default Venom intakes

I plan on joining the groupbuy for drag turbo I am instlling it in 98 h/b w gsr engine how is the venom intake manifold there is a place where i live selling them for 550 are they worth if so what would I need to do to the head to match or is it direct bolt-on

Well worth the money for a sheet metal intake manifold. But for 475 +shipping you could get a HP sheetmetal intake mani with the High flow fuel rail. Exact same thing as the STR and Venom, but you get a fuel rail too. I have pics. LEt me know. 475 +shipping everyday..,,all day. Jason

i wouldnt exactly say the same thing... iv seen some expensive sheet metakl manifolds and some cheaper ones... i personally wouldnt get a cheaper one.. inside of them there is a differance... how smooth the transition of the ports are... and how smooth it is in general inside does make a differance

That is true....but speaking from personally experience with both and examining them as well. I know. HP is not cheap. RC came out with the mani first. So you are paying for their R&D.
