van line sizes

Default vac line sizes

hey honda-tech i am here at school and i will be finishing up my turbo in two days. tomorrow i am going out to get the rest of my parts and i need two vac lines, one for my 38 mm tial wastegate and one for my turbo xs rfl bov. i dont know the size of lines i need for these two items so if someone could help that would be great. thanks

Get whatever size is used for the included nipples. IIRC 1/4" is about what you see on either. As long as 26 in/Hg of vacuum won't collapse the hose, bigger is better. Its also a very good idea to hook them up to the same spot on the manifold. I use a 6-port distibution block fed by the intake-to-brake booster line.

here is what the fittings look like. i need a size for the one on top of the bov and for one of the fittings to the left of the wastegate.

wg is gonna be 1/4" (6mm). other accessories should be the same (bov, map, boost controller, etc.). boost gauge might be 1/8" (4mm). and i think my profec b uses a 1/8" for the display.
