Default Valvetrain Replacement

Can somebody with a Teg please tell me where the fuel cutoff is on a B18a1 in terms of rpms. Also, how maneuverability would stock B16a Retainers and Valve springs allow in terms of moving the rpm on a B18a head and would that be suitable for boost. My theory is that I don't need the ever so popular Titanium Retainers and dual valve springs because the B16 revs to 8,200rpm. The most I would want to rev the LS to is say 7,500-7,700. Lastly would I need new rockers and the rest. What do you think. I know a lot of people are making the move to turbocharging these cars stock but running standalones such as Hondata, AEM, Haltech etc, etc. So therefore I think my theory would apply to use stock components such as B16 or B18c1 or c5's instead of Titanium. I'm gonna shut up now somebody please give me some insight.
