Default Valves floating? Supertech valvespring lifespan?

I recently had my car on the dyno and it is not makin the power it should. After 7k rpms the power dies off and after literally checking EVERYTHING I'm starting to think the valves are floating at high rpms. Reason I think this is because my springs and retainers are 6yrs old and have around 7k miles on them. My car has sat and not been started for 2 years before. So I'm thinking whatever valves were compressed for those 2 years could of lost their spring. Has anyone else had similar problems with older aftermarket valve springs leading to valve float? Any input is appreciated

Here's a refrence to my other thread https://honda-tech.com/forums/drag-racing-36/power-droping-off-after-7k-why-2783819/

The setup:
-9:1 gsr
-Stock port b16 head, supertech valvetrain
-Skunk2 tuner 2 cams
-Top mount t4 (1.06 divided hotside)
-Billet HTA3586 turbo
-3in exhaust
-precision 600 core
-victor x intake manifold
-precision 1000s
-M&W pro 10
-Crane coil
-255 intank, Bosch 044 inline

Things ive tested:
-Compression is 185 on all 4 cylinders
-Boost leak tested entire intercooler system
-Jumped vtec to make sure its engaging
-Checked bov for leak
-Checked timing its fine
-Cams have no wear, rockers in good shape
-removed and checked intake manifold/ intake ports
-Swaped from my s300 and pluged in neptune to see if that changed anything
-Removed exhaust
-leakdown showed 3%-5% in all cylinders

does it break up or just stop making power? could be a bad ignition(or starting to go out) if its only at that high rpm

i know this might sound bad but when i pulled my head i had 8 slightly bent valves and my springs were so soft you could compress them by hand very easily. Have you tried a different dizzy? I might be starting to go out i have had this issue also and it would not make power above 7200. I had a similar issue when i had it tunned but it broke up a little bit, and it was my map sensor. we were data logging and it read 4psi different than my boost gauge. Just trying to throw different things out i have had happen to me.

The map sensor reads fine, the ignition is fine and if u read the compresion and leakdown test was perfect so I can't have a bent valve

I had a similar issue that my motor wouldn't put down more HP past a certain point even while increasing the psi a bit.

I took out my MSD 6A and used my stock ignitor, but kept the blaster coil and problem solved.

Double check your M&W just to rule it out.

-And to add...did you change your gas?

I changed the gas and also it had this problem with the stock ignition. I changed it to the m&w pro 10 and it still has identical problem
