Default valve adjustment specs for built engine?

Hey im about to do a valve lash adjustment. I did some searching and it seems like i should just adjust to stock spec but i figured id ask. The valvetrain is somewhat built (retainers and springs) but the cams are still stock i believe. CR is at 8.5:1, 93 GSR engine.

So what should i aim for? Stock? If so where in the spectrum would be best for intake and exhuast?

thanks

Lash spec.s are determined by the cam manufacturer,in your case oem.Just use the stock spec. and you will be fine.
