My friend (shadowdawn) is going to help me do a valve adjustment on my car, however I'm not sure what specs he should adjust them to.
I have Crower 402 cams, but I'm not sure whether they are the 402T cams or not. Under the old Crower page, it lists the regular 402 cams as a turbo cam. Now they just have listed 402T as a turbo cam under the new web page design.
I have JE 9.2:1, Eagle rods, and no sleeves. My head is ported and polished with a 3 angle valve job.
What should I adjust them to? Stock?
Thanks guys.

I would say stock. Remember a tighter clearance will give you more overlap. I recently just adjusted my valves after installing Crower race springs. I dont have adjustable gears, just stock. I went with the loosest clearance on the intake and tightest on the exhaust to give an effect of negative adjustment on an intake cam gear and 0 on the exhast gear if they were being used. I used this in theory of what LS motors do with cam gears to dial out overlap and keep as much compression in the chamber as long as possible.
Alright we will do a stock valve adjustment, .005 on intakes (thats the smallest one I have) and .006 on exhaust side just like my car...
