looks like the seals are blown.. look at the turbine housing.. that looks like shiny/wet oil.

the seals are definetly not blown. that picture is right when the turbo was removed. the oil on the turbine, if from my hands.

Just FYI, I bought this turbo brand new with an E cover on honda-tech for 650 shipped. Used products lose their value pretty quick, even if it is only for 1000 miles. Once oil has touched the center section, knock a big chunk off your asking price.
